– Klientas savo noru atsisako paslaugų arba negali jomis naudotis;
– Ginčai kyla dėl oro linijų, oro uosto, viešbučio taisyklių ir pareigūnų nurodymų pažeidimų ir/arba – dėl šios priežasties Klientas negauna Turizmo paslaugų;
– pamestas bagažas ar krovinys;
– bet kokios kitos pasekmės atsiranda ne dėl Kliento kaltės, kurios galėjo atsirasti dėl nenugalimos jėgos aplinkybių.
Atitinkamai Klientas neturi teisės reikalauti, kad dėl šių aplinkybių būtų sumažintos ar kompensuojamos paslaugų kainos, išskyrus atvejus, kai ši Sutartis numato kitaip.
Pastaba: didėjant turistų skaičiui, Klientas per 1 dieną privalo sumokėti įmonei papildomas aptarnavimo išlaidas.
Klientui pažeidžiant šią Sutartį, ją nutraukus ir/ar 4.2 punkte numatytais atvejais, 3.1 punkte numatytų Kelionių paslaugų išlaidos Klientui negrąžinamos, todėl dėl nurodytų aplinkybių Klientas 2012 m. neturi teisės reikalauti kompensacijos (įskaitant išlaidas, turizmo paslaugas ar bet kurią jų dalį).
Nė viena iš Šalių neatsako už visišką ar dalinį savo įsipareigojimų pagal šią Sutartį nevykdymą, jei tai įvyko dėl stichinių nelaimių ir technologinių katastrofų, gaisrų, karo veiksmų, vyriausybės sprendimų ar kitų force majeure aplinkybių ir (arba) šių aplinkybių. aplinkybės susiklostė po Sutarties pasirašymo.
Jeigu dėl nenugalimos jėgos aplinkybių nepertraukiamai vėluojama ne ilgiau kaip 2 (dvi) savaites vykdyti bet kurį iš įsipareigojimų pagal šią Sutartį, paslaugų teikimo terminas pratęsiamas, atsižvelgiant į force majeure aplinkybes.
