Program: Surrogate mother and own eggs ( female patient) ovarian stimulation.

In this case, the clinic“J Surrogacy” offers two options. Option number 1 – when the patient undergoes all the necessary tests in his country. He begins stimulation in his country and only arrives in Georgia on the 10th day after the start of stimulation, and in this case, egg retrieval and sperm delivery take place on site at the clinic. A power of attorney is drawn up with a notary on site and stays for 5 days. (In this case, you can offer nearby tours). Option number 2 – the patient arrives for about 15-17 days and undergoes ovarian stimulation completely in Tbilisi (the agency provides them with tests, medications and visits to the doctor, accompanied by a special coordinator).

Program: Surrogate mother and frozen embryos.

In this case, the patient can send frozen embryos from any country where they have already created embryos (but the embryo should not be frozen and stored for more than 10 years) through a special company from their clinic to our clinic, along with all the necessary documents, the list of which documents will be provided by the agency “Juno Surrogacy” and sending these documents (all documents must be notarized and apostilled, original). When the embryos arrive at our clinic, the agency will already send the surrogate mother’s profile to the patients, which will already be confirmed by the doctor. The patient will officially notify us by email which embryo from the frozen embryos they want to transfer, and the clinic will send the agency a full embryo transfer report and the agency is always in touch with the parents. In the case of a babysitter, everything is the same here, as in the case of an embassy. Depending on which country’s embassy it is, the patient has to stay in Tbilisi for about one or two months. The agency also has experienced nannies, and if the patient wishes, the agency will provide this service for an additional fee.

Program: Surrogate mother + egg donor. (Embryos are created in Georgia) The patient stays in Tbilisi for 2-3 days.

He will visit the clinic with a doctor, take a blood test and freeze the sperm. We have to stay at the clinic for a few hours. If we can, after the clinic we will go to the notary’s office where the couple leaves a special power of attorney in the name of the clinic directors (which is only used for processes related to the program in case they are not here). Or the next day we will have a visit to the notary, if it was not possible on the first day. The patient must bring their passports, and an original marriage certificate certified with an apostille. The patient will receive information about how many tubes of sperm have been frozen. If the embryologists consider it desirable to freeze additional sperm, we will have a 2nd day for this.

Then they return to their country and we provide them with full information about their program via email. They will be sent egg donor profiles, where they will be able to select an acceptable candidate for themselves. Then, when the donor is examined and approved by the doctor, the donor’s ovaries will be stimulated. Then, a surrogate mother will be selected, who will also be approved by the clinic’s doctor. The couple will receive all the detailed information about the program through their program coordinator. When we already know the approximate date of birth, the company will notify the patients and they will fly back to Tbilisi. They can attend the birth, and if the couple wants to stay in the maternity hospital for 3 nights, then they can stay for an additional fee, by prior agreement with the clinic.
