Understanding of energy healing
Energy healing, the fundamental aspect of energy therapy, directs energy to the patient and through him to restore his energy balance. When something disrupts the natural flow of energy in your body, there are negative physical, mental and spiritual consequences.
Each energy therapy uses a unique approach to balancing energy in your body.
Energetic practices are the balancing of the body’s external and internal processes only as a result of your certain physical exercises.
During energetic practice, important points of the face and the lymphatic system of the whole body are activated.
During the 1st day exercise, the removal of unwanted fluids from the tissues is started when the entire general lymphatic system is invigorated.
During the 2nd day activity, facial yoga practice is added to the activation of lymph activity – specific points are activated through which the activity of other important organs is stimulated.
During the 3rd day activity, physical work with the muscles of the facial tissues begins. With the help of correct physical movements, the muscles of the face receive an impulse for relaxation, in this way muscle spasms are released, which in turn block the entry of nutrients (collagen, heloron, etc.) into our facial tissues.
During the 4th day exercise, all energy resources are used for the extraction of muscle tone and the process of lifting the facial muscles, as well as for the continuous replenishment of the body’s energy resources.
5th day- all elements of the practice are modeled into one balanced short ingredient, which we will help you master and integrate into your life schedule and practice daily!
