You will learn new asanas, improve your skills and discover a new breath in the Caucasus Mountains. Yoga sessions in the fresh air also have a positive effect on mood and well-being – try it!

Traveling and visiting new places will not only give you good experiences, but you will relax, clear your mind, maybe you will be visited by inspiration and decide to make a decisive life decision. Travel is enriching, especially mountain travel.
- Meditation. The itinerary includes meditations. When you have enough free time it is much easier to meditate. You’ll turn off your phone, unplug your thoughts and engage in deep meditation practices that will relax your mind and soul. Peace, ease, peace will visit. Take time for yourself, get to know yourself, take a break from screens. Share your impressions upon your return. Or maybe you don’t even want to share and keep all the insights to yourself. Sometimes it’s good – and necessary – to disconnect from the digital world.

Gergeti Trinity Church– an architectural wonder!
Near the village of Gergeti, outside the town of Stephantsminda, Kazbegi, there is an isolated Gergeti Trinity Church. Also called the Church of the Holy Trinity, it stands on a mountain top near Mount Kazbegi, at an altitude of 2,170 meters, which is one of the highest and most beautiful peaks in the Caucasus. Gergeti Trinity Church is one of the most beautiful churches in the world. With a mystical landscape and well-preserved, ancient architectural works, this place is filled with a magical spirit, an incredible and strong energy that makes everyone feel different…
According to legend:
- In one of the rocks of Mount Kazbek is the legendary cave-monastery of Bethlehem, hidden from prying eyes. In this cave, Joseph Mokhevski discovered Abraham’s tent, which stood without poles and ropes. This artifact was later given as a gift to the last king of Georgia, Heracles II. The image of this tent is embodied in a small aluminum church, which was raised by helicopter high on Mount Kazbek and installed with the blessing of Patriarch Ilya II. Monks in this church occasionally organize divine liturgy.
- The location of the Betlemi rock is known to the monks of the Gergeti monastery and the residents of the village of Stepantsminda. Legend has it that it could only be climbed with a chain, but for that you need to be a person of pure spirit. Now a fragment of the chain can be seen in the village museum. Another belief states that monks who broke their vow of chastity were banished to this hermitage cave. The existence of Bethlehem has always been known, but contemporaries discovered it in 1948 of the last century. Historical artifacts that were then found in the cave are kept in the Stepantsminda Museum.
- It is impossible to climb Bethlehem without special climbing equipment, so this attraction is known to mass tourists only from the stories of guides.
- The cave, like the Holy Trinity Temple, is also associated with many legends.
- One of them tells that it was there that a hundred young climbers brought the treasures of Queen Tamara in sacks and hid them, and then killed each other in order not to reveal the secret. The treasure was never found.
- Another legend is related to the cave monastery described in the poem “The Hermit” by Ilya Chavchavadze. The holy father, who lived in the monastery, read the Holy Scriptures every morning, which was supported by the sunlight penetrating the cell.
- One day, the monk gave shelter to a lost shepherdess, who was claimed a little later. In anger, he turned to God with reproaches for sending him a tempter. The next day, to read the scriptures again, out of habit, the monk tried to place the book on the sunbeam, but the book fell, so he realized that the grace was gone.
- The original St. Nina’s cross, equal to the apostles, made of vine and woven from her hair, was a preserved fragment of the Life-Giving Cross.
- Women are not allowed to enter the cave.
- The extinct volcano Kazbek (5033 m) attracts inexperienced climbers because it is not a difficult peak to climb. The easy route takes two days. The first day ends at the meteorological station, where you can pitch your tent at an altitude of 3,675 meters. Climbers have to overcome a height difference of almost two and a half kilometers, so stopping is necessary to acclimatize and prepare the body for the rarer weather.
